Travel the world starting with a Japanese adventure over sashimi moriawase and sushi and hot dishes such as a wagyu short rib donburi and chicken curry udon, followed by a trip to Italy with zuppa, pizza and pasta galore. Take a detour to France, with foie gras with a tangy green apple purée and joue de bœuf bourguignon, a classic Burgundy beef stew.

It wouldn’t be brunch at Opus without items straight off the grill. Enjoy a range of meats, such as slow-roasted Australian prime ribs, lamb porterhouse that's marinated overnight, gourmet wagyu beef sausage and local whole fish.

No brunch is complete without our array of tantalizing desserts. With a range of gateaux, custards, tarts and confectionery, your sweet tooth is in for a real treat. What's more, take a bite out of the legendary D9 Cakery cheesecake, made with a recipe perfected over 48 years. Your inner child is going to be giggling over the Valrhona chocolate fountain.

With so much on offer, there is something for everyone. At $178++ per person, pair your brunch with a free-flow of Champagne Laurent Perrier Brut, wines, beers and a self-service Mojito bar. Non-alcoholic options are available from $98++ per adult and $59++ per child.
