Build your dream charcuterie plate with over 15 types of seasonal cheese flown in from all over Europe, a range of cold cuts and antipasto. Load up on greens at the salad bar by making your own or trying one of our unique chef’s creations.
For mains, dig in to a variety of Asian, French and Italian favourites, including creamy salted egg crab and Dong Po pork, seafood bouillabaisse and cuisse de canard confit, and pizzas and calzones. What’s more, our live stations are available to serve noodles, galettes and pastas to your liking!
It wouldn’t be brunch at Opus without items straight off the grill. Enjoy a range of meats, such as slow-roasted Australian prime ribs, lamb porterhouse marinated overnight, gourmet wagyu beef sausage and local whole fish.
Complete your satisfying meal with our array of tantalizing desserts. With a range of gateaux, custards, tarts and confectionery, your sweet tooth is in for a real treat. Take a bite out of the legendary D9 Cakery cheesecake, made with a recipe perfected over 48 years. Your inner child is going to be giggling over the Valrhona chocolate fountain.
With so much on offer, there is something for everyone. At $178++ per person, pair your brunch with a free-flow of Laurent Perrier Champagne or $148++ for free-flow Prosecco, wines, beers and cocktails. Non-alcoholic options range from $118++ per adult to $59++ per child.
