Sundays are about to get even more exciting with Curry On! Sunday: Local Lunch Buffet, a limited-time collaboration between Opus Bar and Grill and Old Chang Kee, bringing together local favourites and inspired new creations for a special Sunday buffet experience.
At the heart of the collaboration, discover an Old Chang Kee Corner featuring familiar flavours in new forms, from Laksa-Infused Popiah, Laksa Roast Salmon, Nasi Lemak Kueh Pie Tee, Nasi Lemak Seaweed Roll, to Curry Chicken Lasagna and Curry Chicken Pizza and Chilli Crab Pizza.
The tastes of local flavours continue with a generous buffet spread of Singaporean favourites, from smoky Chicken Satay and freshly-tossed DIY Rojak, chewy Muah Chee to indulgent Oyster Omelette and Signature Laksa with Rock Lobster, Mee Rebus with Beef Balls, alongside a Roasted Meat Station of Roasted Duck, Soya Poached Chicken, Hainanese Chicken, served with fragrant rice. Save room for desserts including Nyonya Kuehs, Red Bean Soup with Dried Tangerine Peel and a selection of sweet treats from D9 Cakery.
