Opus Bar and Grill turns up the heat with Grilled Out Sunday Edition 2.0 - an elevated take on your favourite Sunday ritual. Guests can look forward to four distinctive cooking techniques showcased across the menu – Grilling, Josper Roasting, Smoking and Rotisserie, each highlighting a different flavour profile. While the drama of fire-led cooking sets the tone across the grills, the spotlight shifts to live gueridon service, where chefs complete savoury and sweet creations tableside. Complementing the fire-forward mains is a fresh, self-service salad bar, offering vibrant accompaniments that provide a light and refreshing contrast to the richness of the grill. In addition, a curated selection of appetisers and sides are available to enhance the overall brunch experience.
