This specially-curated 5-course menu features standout dishes including Nam Tok Beef Tartare, Thai Family Grilled Chicken Skewers, Tom Kha with Seared Scallop, and a refreshing Thai dessert. The main course unites both chefs — Chef Dean’s Thai-marinated smoked Grain-Fed Striploin served with Chef Golf’s bold Nam Jim Jaew Pia Ra dipping sauce.
