Join us as multi-award-winning bartender Josiah Chee takes over for one night only, bringing his flair for bold flavours and refined balance to the glass. Partnering with Ginealogy, Josiah will be crafting four cocktails inspired by the classic Negroni, taking it to new heights and showcasing the elegance and versatility of premium craft gin.

4. LAMINARIA TONIC
   • St. Laurent Gin, Fermented Thyme, Kombu Tonic
