Every Saturday, Opus Bar and Grill honours Singapore’s multicultural cuisine with a refined high tea spread.

The clink of glasses mingles with the hum of lively conversation as guests indulge in locally inspired sliders and pizzas, alongside live-action stations serving up delights such as popiah and kueh pie tee. Here, hawker favourites are given an elevated touch, from our Singapore laksa with rock lobster to a selection of indulgent desserts, including ondeh ondeh cake and D9 Cakery’s signature gula melaka pound cake.
