Celebrate Singapore’s multicultural culinary heritage with Weekend Makan: Local Buffet, an indulgent spread of local favourites served every Saturday and Sunday afternoon at Opus Bar and Grill.
A semi-buffet awaits on Saturdays, with a choice of mouthwatering main courses including Singapore Laksa with Rock Lobster and Mee Rebus with Black Angus Beef Cheek. On Sundays, partake in a full buffet, featuring gueridon-style Lobster Kueh Pie Tee, an Oyster Omelette Live Station and freshly prepared Muah Chee, alongside refreshing locally inspired beverages.
On both days, the spread is set to delight with a tempting selection of Singaporean classics, from Chicken Satay, DIY Rojak, Ngoh Hiang and Dim Sum to a Roasted Meat Station serving Roasted Duck, Roasted Pork Belly and Hainanese Steamed Chicken with fragrant Chicken Rice. End your feast on a sweet note with D9 Cakery’s Signature Cheesecake and Pound Cake, assorted Nyonya Kuehs and nostalgic old-school ice cream flavours such as Red Bean, Chendol and Yam.
Take a trip down memory lane with Uncle Tan Mama Shop, our playful nod to the neighbourhood provision shops many of us grew up with. Reviving the charm of old Singapore, the nostalgic backdrop features shelves filled with familiar vintage-inspired knick-knacks, alongside a selection of childhood snack favourites for you to pick up and enjoy, adding a fun and interactive touch to the dining experience.
