On Saturdays, the CNY Local High Tea (Semi-buffet) brims with comforting local favourites, elevated with Chinese New Year-inspired delicacies such as Mini Abalone with Mock Shark Fin, Fried Hokkien Mee from the live station, Roasted Duck Rolls from the carving station, and fusion bites like Sweet and Sour Prawn Tacos, Golden Chicken Bak Kwa Pizza, and Chinese Mustard Braised Pork Sliders. The celebration continues with a DIY Yu Sheng station, inviting guests to craft and toss their own Yu Sheng for luck and prosperity. Each guest is also treated to a choice of main course, including Seafood Pao Fan, Minced Pork Noodles with Abalone, Rock Lobster Laksa, and more. On Sundays, Grilled Out Sunday: CNY Edition is reimagined for the season, taking on a celebratory flair with five premium roasts – Chinese Five Spices Chicken, Roasted Black Angus Striploin, Crispy Pork Belly, Sichuan Pepper Smoked Brisket and Catch of the Day – paired with refreshed appetisers including Jellyfish Salad, Fermented Tomato with Scamorza, Crab Meat Soup, Duck Rillette, and a Smoked Salmon Yusheng for your own ‘toss to prosperity’ ritual. The afternoon culminates with a theatrical tableside gueridon service of Pineapple Crumble, followed by sweet delights including Ice Cream Sundae and Mandarin Orange Crème Brûlée.
